1. Why Is Daylight Saving Time Changed at All
The switch between summer and winter time was introduced in Europe at the beginning of the 20th century, during the wars and the industrial revolutions, with the aim of saving electricity.
The idea is simple—by moving the clocks one hour forward in spring, people have more daylight after work and use less artificial lighting.
In autumn, the clock is set back to “restore” the natural cycle.
This solution, although rational from the perspective of energy efficiency, proves to be unnatural for the human biological clock—that finely tuned internal mechanism that regulates sleep, metabolism, mood, and hormonal balance.

2. The Biological Clock and Circadian Rhythms
Every living being—from plants to humans—follows a circadian rhythm synchronized with light and darkness.
This rhythm governs:
- The secretion of melatonin (the hormone of sleep and recovery)
- The release of cortisol (the hormone of activity and stress)
- Body temperature
- Metabolism
- Psychological stability and concentration
When clock time is artificially changed, the circadian mechanism becomes desynchronized. The body suddenly receives signals that do not correspond to the Sun’s actual position. This leads to a temporary mismatch between the biological and social clocks.
3. How Does the Time Change Affect the Body
Even a one-hour change can noticeably affect the body and psyche.
Most commonly observed are:
- Disturbed sleep – difficulty falling asleep or waking up, insufficient deep sleep.
- Fatigue and lack of concentration – especially in the first 5–7 days after the change.
- Fluctuations in blood pressure and appetite.
- Increased irritability, anxiety, melancholy.
- Reduced physical endurance and slower recovery after exertion.
According to studies, adaptation takes between 3 and 10 days, but in people with chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, or a sensitive nervous system, the effects may be felt for weeks.

4. The Energetic Aspect of the Time Change
From an energetic perspective, the time change alters the rhythm of the Earth with which the body resonates.
Every cell is connected to the planet’s electromagnetic field and to the Schumann pulse—the frequency of the Earth’s resonant wave.
When time is artificially “shifted,” our perception of light and rhythm becomes misaligned with natural biofields.
This creates a sense of inner dissonance—a person may feel “out of sync,” as if time does not align with the body.
People who work with energies, dowsing, quantum harmonization, or therapeutic methods are especially sensitive, because their field is more finely calibrated to the cycle of day and night.
5. Symptoms of Energetic Imbalance During Time Change
- Unexplained anxiety or insomnia
- Changes in appetite
- Mild disorientation in time
- A feeling that “the day is not in its place”
- Emotional fluctuations without an apparent reason
- Reduced tone of the etheric body
6. How to Support Adaptation
1.Exposure to natural light
Go outside into sunlight within the first hours after waking up. Light regulates melatonin production and helps the brain readjust.
2. Evening Calming Ritual
Limit blue light from screens, take a warm shower, and practice breathing exercises or a short grounding meditation.
3. Eating in Sync with the New Time
Eat at similar times according to the new time, even if you are not hungry—this helps stabilize the liver and digestive rhythm.
4. Hydration Balance
Drink more water—it supports electrolyte balance and energetic readjustment.
5. Energetic Harmonization
Use crystals such as clear quartz, shungite, or hematite to stabilize the field.
You can perform a short pendulum session by setting the intention:
“I synchronize with the Earth’s natural biorhythm, and my body adapts in harmony with the new time cycle.”
6. Magnesium and B-Vitamin Supplementation
They support the nervous system during rhythm changes and improve sleep.

7. Is There a Point in Continuing This Practice?
Many countries are already discussing the abolition of seasonal time changes, as the benefits for energy efficiency are minimal, while the biological and psychological consequences are real.
In a world striving for a more natural and sustainable rhythm, the idea of a “forced change of time” seems increasingly inappropriate.
True balance does not come from what time the clock shows, but from our ability to stay in rhythm with our inner clock and with the pulse of nature.
The change of time reminds us that the human body is not a machine, but a living frequency system, sensitive to even the smallest changes in light, sound, and movement.
To adapt means not merely to get used to the new time, but to restore our inner resonance—with the day, the Earth, and life.
